Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent noise sound produced from a back plate knocking on a wall by sticking a vibration-proof member at the surrounding of a screw through-hole of the back plate. CONSTITUTION:A screw guide section 11 is prolonged with a step to a part of a through-hole 10 so that the section 11 is concentric to the screw through-hole 10 and smaller than the diameter. An emboss 12 is provided to a position opposite to the through-hole 10 on a front panel 9. A screw 13 tightens the back plate 17 and a panel 9 by tightening the step part and the emboss 12 of the through-hole 10. A projection 14 provided around the through-hole 10 is to keep the air-tightness between the back plate 7 and the panel 9 by means of a gasket and its outer diameter is made slightly smaller than the inner diameter of an annular vibration-proof member 8. Even if the vibration-proof member 8 is fitted to the back plate 7 by using a bonding member or a pressure-sensing bonding member or the like in this way, no position offset occurs because of the presence of the projection 14. Through the constitution above, even if a large input enters a speaker, the vibration is absorbed by the vibration-proof member 8 and not delivered to the wall.

In the wall speaker configured as described above, a portion of the back panel 1b and the wall 2 are simply in contact with each other, so that when a large input is applied to the speaker, the housing 1 is unreliable. In particular, there was a problem in that the wall 2 moved back and forth frequently and was struck by the back panel 1b, causing abnormal noise.

Reference numeral 14 denotes a gasket for maintaining airtightness between the back plate 7 and the front panel 9. Reference numerals 1 and 14 are protrusions provided around the 1° circumference of the screw through holes, and the outer diameter (r-1 of the annular Anti-vibration inspection 8
Of these, it is slightly smaller than IT. If you do it this way,
Even if the anti-vibration moon 8 is attached to the back plate 7 using adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive tube metal, the projection 14 prevents the position from shifting.5 Figure 6 shows the speaker according to the present invention hung on a wall. is a sectional view of , showing only the back plate portion. 2, 5.6 (C↓ Same as in Figure 2, 7, 8, 10, 11.13 are the same as in Figure 4.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the vibration isolating material 8 prevents chatter.
It is possible to prevent the occurrence of abnormal noises such as '5'. Furthermore, by pasting the anti-vibration moon 8 around the screw through hole 10, the full anti-vibration effect can be achieved without spoiling the aesthetics. Further, by providing the projections 14 around the screw through holes 10, the work of attaching the vibration isolating material 8 to the back plate 7 can be done quickly and reliably. Furthermore, since there is a hole in the center of the vibration isolator 8, when repairing and disassembling the vibration isolator 8, you can simply insert a screwdriver through the screw through hole 10 and turn the screw 13, without having to remove the vibration isolator 8. Another feature is that the front panel 9 can be removed.
