Abstract

PURPOSE:To attempt to reduce the number of work stage and prevent bolts from becoming loose in manufacturing the titled structure for suspension of automobile by such an arrangement wherein an insulator rubber and bound bumper rubber are integrally vulcanized and adhered to a bracket protruded from a car chassis. CONSTITUTION:An insulator rubber 22 is directly vulcanized and adhered to the upper part of a bracket 21 protruded from a car chassis, and a bound bumper rubber 25 is also directly vulcanized and adhered to the lower end face 21a, and a supporting member 23 fixed to the outer periphery of the insulator rubber 22 is supported by a coil spring 14. The bound bumper rubber 25 is set at a position corresponding to a vibration proof rubber at the wheel axle side or a metal member. The number of parts is reduced, assembly work is simplified and the loosening of bolts due to inadequate fastening can be prevented.

Swing/arm type, double link type, etc. are known, but if we look at the structure of an axle type suspension as an example, the final reduction gear and differential gear are integrated into the axle, and the final reduction gear and differential are integrated into the hollow axle. Generally, the mechanism is configured to transmit driving force to the wheels through a drive shaft, and the axle supports the vehicle body side via a coil spring or a leaf spring, and is equipped with a shock absorber.

That is, according to the link type suspension shown in FIG. is interposed between the vehicle bodies to absorb vibrations. A vibration isolating rubber 7 is usually attached to the upper end of the coil spring 6, and the vibration isolating rubber 7 is arranged so that the bouncing bumper rubber 8 comes into contact with the upper end of the vibration isolating rubber 7. That is, as shown in a partially enlarged view in FIG. 2, an insulator rubber lO is fixed to the upper side of the bracket 9 that protrudes from the vehicle body side, and a support piece 11 fixed to the outer periphery of this insulator rubber 10 supports the coil coil. - Supports one end of the puller 6. Further, in order to attach the bound pan bumper 8 adhesively fixed to the base body 11 to the lower end of the bracket 9, a screw rod 12 extending integrally with the base body 11 is inserted into the bracket 9, and a washer 13 and a nut 14 are used. When the vehicle body shakes strongly, the bounce pan rubber 8 comes into contact with the anti-vibration rubber 7 (Fig. 1) that protrudes from the axle side, thereby stopping the strong shaking. .

However, in the above conventional configuration, the bound bumper rubber 8 and the bracket 9 are fixed with bolts and nuts via the base 11, so the assembly work is not easy and there are many parts. Therefore, there was a drawback that the cost was high. That is, in order to fix the bound pan rubber 8, the bound pan rubber 8 is first vulcanized and bonded to the base body 11, and then a means for fastening using the nails 14 is provided, which increases the number of work steps. Bolts may become loose due to insufficient tightening, which is a drawback in assembly.

This pound pan parabar 25 is set in a position opposite to the anti-camera rubber or metal member installed on the axle side, and has the function of stopping vibration when the two collide when the vehicle is subject to large vibrations or rocking. According to the above-mentioned 9.
It is. That is, in the present invention, the insulator rubber 2
The vehicle is characterized in that both 2 and 25 are integrally vulcanized and bonded to a bracket 21 protruding from the vehicle body.

The configuration according to the present invention can bring about various advantages and effects in use as described below. First of all, when considering the number of parts in the configuration, we do not need the base, bolts, and washers that were required to attach the conventional round rubber, so the number of parts can be greatly reduced, and the structure can be improved. When bonding the insulator rubber 22 and the bound pan rubber 25,
Since molding and fixing can be performed simultaneously in the same mold, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and mass production is stopped, resulting in a reduction in costs. Furthermore, even after long-term use, there is no loosening phenomenon caused by insufficient tightening of bolts, which increases reliability.
It is highly effective when applied to automobile link suspensions.
