    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負性抵抗発生回路と分布定数線路共振器とからなる発振
    器において、前記各負性抵抗発生回路と分布定数線路共
    振器を別々の基板に構成し、前記それぞれの基板のアー
    ス導体を互いにはり合わせて一体構造とし、前記各負性
    抵抗発生回路と分布定数線路共振器を電気的に接続して
    なることを特徴とする発振器。
