Abstract

PURPOSE:To firmly fix a fitting piece to arrangement members, by injecting synthetic resin into the cavities of a split-in-two molding die fitted to the arrangement members so as to mold the fitting piece thereon. CONSTITUTION:While arrangement members 1 formed of linear or tubular bodies are held between supporting cavities 5C and 6C provided on the joining surfaces 5A and 6A of matched dies 5 and 6 which are the parts of a mold split in two, the dies 5 and 6 are fitted to each other and molding cavities 5B and 6B are matched with each other. Next, the tip part 8A of a resin injector 8 is inserted into the resin injection hole 7 of the die 5, and melted synthetic resin R is injected into a molding part 2A formed of the molding cavities 5B and 6B of the dies 5 and 6 for molding. After the mold 4 is cooled, the dies 5 and 6 are removed, and a processed piece 10 with the fitting piece 2 fixed to the arrangement members 1 is obtained.

Conventionally, for example, in the case of an oil conduit in an automobile brake system, as shown in FIG. 7, the oil conduit 2.1.degree. The mounting is done by fixing the piece 26 to the vehicle body 24 with screws 25A and nuts 25B. However, in order to attach the oil conduit 21, 21 to the piece 23, the rubber tube 22, 22 must be covered, and the metal attachment requires a lot of trouble and effort. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is therefore an attempt to eliminate the conventional drawbacks in attaching installation members such as metal tubes and gold Y4 wires to predetermined members. That is, the object of the present invention is to inject synthetic resin onto the installation member, mold the piece, and fix the piece to a predetermined part of the installation member. To provide a method to form.

Therefore, the support recesses 5C, 50, 6C of the mating molds 5, 6,
6C holds the Ozu μ conduits 1 and 1 between them,
The mating molds 5 and 6 are assembled, and the molding recesses 5B and 6B are matched. The assembled mold 5.6 is held by a holding means (not shown). Next, the tip 8A of the resin injection machine 8
is inserted into the resin injection hole 7 of the mating mold 5, and the molten synthetic resin R such as molten polypropylene is injected into the two molding sections constituted by the molding recesses 5B and 6BK of the mating molds 5 and 6 (Fig. 4). reference). In this example, the injection temperature is 220 to 260°.
0, molten polypropylene was injected at an injection pressure of 100 kq/d. After the injection of the molten synthetic resin R, the mold 4 is cooled down and the mating molds 5 and 6 are removed, so that the mounting can be done in one piece 2.
A workpiece 10 can be obtained in which the oil conduits 1, 1 are fixed (see FIG. 5).

That is, the molding part 2AK of the assembled mold 4 is held through the oil conduits 1, 1, and this molding part 2AK is
Since the molding is performed by injecting molten synthetic resin, the oil conduits 1, 1 are firmly attached to the piece 2 after molding. Reference numeral 6 indicates that mounting is done by using a screw hole drilled through the piece 2 when fixing the piece 2, and the machined product 10 with the piece 2 installed is mounted on a predetermined part of the car body 11 by placing the piece 2 thereon. Then, it is fixed to the body 11 with screw T 2 A and nut 12B (see FIG. 6). In this example, the piece 2 was molded at one predetermined location of the oil conduit 1, 1, but the attachment piece 2 was molded at another predetermined location of the oil conduit 1, 1 provided with the piece 2 by the same operation. Additionally, a suitable number of attachments can form a piece (not shown). In this example, the two oil conduits 1°1 are attached to the mounting piece 2, but the number of piping can be changed freely, and the oil/l oil
'The present invention is applicable not only to the conduit 1 but also to pipe bodies for other purposes, fiber bodies 75 such as wires or electrical wiring. Additionally, the attachment piece may be of a predetermined shape that matches the attachment site.

As explained above, in the method of the present invention, when providing a mounting piece made of synthetic resin on a part of a casting member such as a textile body or a pipe body, four supporting parts that support the casting member and a mounting piece are formed on one side. Prepare a two-split mold having a molding recess for the mold, fit the installation member into the support recess of this mold, assemble the two-split mold, and press the molding recess of the assembled mold. A synthetic resin is injection-molded, and then the mold is released to obtain a mounting member in which a mounting piece is fixed. Therefore, a predetermined mounting piece using synthetic resin is provided at a predetermined position of the casting member. be able to. That is, in the present invention, the mounting piece is molded on the installation member by injection molding, and the installation piece is fixed to the installation member at the same time as molding, so that the attachment piece is firmly attached to the installation member. Moreover, the molding and fixing of the nine mounting pieces can be performed simultaneously, and the mounting is convenient because the forming of the pieces and the fixing work to the base material are simple. In addition, in the conventional installation method, when attaching the arranging member, the rubber tube was attached and then fitted into the fitting part, but according to the present invention, the operation of attaching the rubber and the attachment to the arranging member are easy. There is no need to fit the pieces together, and the process of assembling the disposed members can be omitted, which is desirable and practical. Further, according to the present invention, since the mounting piece is firmly attached to the mounting member at the same time as the molding, the finished product has a beautiful appearance.
