Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a form peeling pawl by making the tip of the form peeling pawl freely rotatable by a toggle mechanism between an adjacent position and a separated position to and from the surface of a fixing roll, and separating automatically the tip of the peeling pawl from the surface of the fixing roll. CONSTITUTION:An arm 9 of a suitable length is fixed to a revolving shaft 6 of a peeling pawl supporting member 4, and the tip of a rod 10 is attached so as to be freely rotatable by a pin to the tip of the arm 9. The rod 10 has a lock pawl 11 in the vicinity of its tip, the rear end part is inserted so as to be freely slidable into a rod supporting cylinder 12 which is freely rotatable, a coil spring 13 is provided between it and the lock pawl 11, and in a usual case, the lock pawl 11 is detained by an inverse hook 17 so that force is conserved in the spring 13. 定着器の保守を簡易化すると共に、その寿命又はサービ
ス・インターバルを延長する上で著しい効果を奏する。

発生し、腰部に所定の値を越えるカが加わった場合、自
動的に前記剥離爪先端を前記定着ロール表面から離隔す
るようにしたことを特徴とする定着器用紙剥離爪の開放
機構。
