Claims (1)
側に回動弁棒を軸承する軸受部を設け、前記弁棒の弁箱
内部分にボス部を介して弁体を固定し、この弁体の外周
面に全閉時前記弁箱弁座と当接する弁座を固足し、前記
ボス部の軸受部側端面を前記弁体弁座と接合する部分の
外径が前記軸受部の内径と同径で、かつ弁体弁座と接合
しない部分の外径が前記軸受部の内径より小径に形成さ
れたメタルシートバタフライ弁において、前記軸受部内
に弁体側端面が弁箱弁座の内周面と一致するように軸受
を嵌合し、この軸受外周面の弁箱弁座と当接する両端部
に弁体側端面が弁箱弁座の内周面と一致し、かつ軸受部
内周面に圧接する縦向き弾性シール材を設けるとともに
、このシール材と隣接する前記軸受外周面に軸受部内周
面に圧接６ する環状弾性シールパツキンを設け、ま
た前記ボス部端面に環状弾性シール部材を設け、このシ
ール部材は前記軸受の端面に圧接するリング部と、この
リング部からの外向きに突出して前記シール材の端面に
圧接する１対の突起部とを具えてなることを特徴とする
メタルシートバタフライ弁における弁棒軸受部のシール
