The feature of this product is that the colored concave pattern and ground color pattern on the sheet surface can be seen through the light-colored flocked layer, thereby creating a new appearance as well as a special feel as described below.

Many types of synthetic resin sheets, such as leather and wallpaper, have been available for a long time, and their materials and manufacturing methods vary. Most of them are textured by embossing and also have patterns.

This project utilizes the advantages of valley printing, in which patterning is carried out along with pattern printing, and applies this to vinyl chloride resin, which has good processability and ink adhesion.Furthermore, the disadvantages of valley printing patterns are eliminated by using a flocked layer. It can be removed through fluoroscopy and gives a sense of luxury not found in conventional products.

It is well known that raising or flocking is applied to the surface of leather or non-woven fabric to give it a buckskin-like appearance (Japanese Patent Publication No. 1973-
14559, Utility Model Publication No. 43-24540), but the purpose and effect of this proposal are different from these, and the internal pattern composed of the ground color and colored recesses can be seen through the light-colored flocked layer. This is what I did.

Below, as an example before implementation of the present invention, the structure of wallpaper using paper as the backing material will be explained with reference to the drawings.

2 is a backing material, 3 is the surface of the sheet, and an uneven pattern 4 of about 1 mm is formed by valley printing (when the sheet is softened), and an ink 6 in a color different from the base color of the sheet is applied to the recesses (troughs) 5. is painted.

The sheet with the above structure is known as a valley print product, but since imprinting and printing are done at the same time, the outline of the pattern is clearly defined, and from a distance, the unevenness appears reversed because the four parts are dark colored. In addition, the shoulders of the recesses glow when illuminated, giving a colder feel and lacking in luxury.

For this reason, valley prints have traditionally not been used on luxury goods.

In addition, in this product, the depth of the embossing formed by valley printing is 0.3 to 3 when the sheet is a foam material.
.. The length of the flock is related to the depth of the embossing, and if the pile is long compared to the depth of the embossing, the background pattern will be blurred, and the unevenness will be unclear, resulting in a three-dimensional effect. be damaged.

On the other hand, if it is short, it has the disadvantage that it is difficult to produce a soft feel, so it is usually best to use a length of around 0.6 mm.

更にフロックは白色又は明淡色のものが好ましい。Further, the floc is preferably white or light and light colored.

This product with the above structure has a velvety appearance and a soft touch due to the flocked layer, but the uneven pattern on the sheet surface, the sheet background color, and the printing ink can be seen through the flocked layer. The defects of the valley print are eliminated, and the product visually looks like a completely different type of product.
