Abstract

PURPOSE:To certainly collect and remove foreign matters mixed in oil and to regenerate aged oil, by laminating a vegetable or animal fiber molded filter material and a molded filter material obtained from a vegetable fiber which is oxidized before neutralization treatment. CONSTITUTION:A filter has a laminated structure comprising filter materials 1, 2, 3 and formed by laminating and integrating said filter materials by a resin adhesive in such a state that the filter material 3 is sandwiched between the filter materials 1, 2. In this case, cloths 4 such as cotton cloths are pref. provided between the filter material 1, 3 and on the surface of the filter material 2. The filter materials 1, 2 are formed of cotton, wool or pulp which has been subjected to bleaching, molding, filling, dehydrating and drying treatments while the filter material 3 is formed of cotton or pulp which has been subjected to oxidation treatment by gas generated from a liquid mixture of Na2SO3 and hydrochloric acid, neutralization treatment due to NH3-gas, washing, molding, filling, dehydrating and drying treatments. A fine granular filter assistant 5 such as asbesto or cellite is pref. scattered onto the surface of the filter material 2.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention captures colloidal carbon particles, various colloidal metal particles such as copper fine particles, and moisture generated during tap switching in insulating oil of transformers, etc. The present invention relates to the disclosure of a filter that can eliminate generated ionic substances reliably and quickly, and
The purpose is to provide a novel precision filter for oil purification, in which the insulating oil deteriorates and its insulating effect is attenuated, but the insulating properties are restored to the old values by filtration in a live circuit. be.

Therefore, in the past, this type of generated carbon particles or metal fine particles, etc., were mainly captured by using a so-called absorbent fine powder precoat filter auxiliary material such as diatomaceous earth, alumina, and white clay, and adsorbed and captured by this. However, these filtration aids themselves tend to flow out at the beginning of filtration or when the filtration pressure fluctuates.
It is a poor practice to remove filtered oil from equipment and filter it repeatedly.

In view of the inconveniences in the prior art, the uninvented N1 precision filter for oil uses a filter material mainly made of fiber material, and eliminates the colloidal carphone and the like caused by arcing when changing the tap. It is designed to capture metal particles and capture and eliminate generated ionic substances, and in capturing and removing such foreign substances, the processed fiber base material is used as a hese to prevent the filter medium itself from leaking into the oil. By suppressing contamination and increasing the oil processing capacity per medium time, it is possible to apply a filter while the equipment is in operation, and it is possible to accurately identify harmful foreign substances contained in oil. In addition to capturing and removing the oil, we aim to recover the used oil and regenerate and provide high-quality insulating oil with appropriate viscosity and other properties.

Hereinafter, a typical embodiment of the precision filter for oil purification according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.
Typically, the filter media (1), (2), and (3) are layered together, and the cotton material (3) and the filter media (1) and (2) are used as a sand inch, and these are usually emulsion type. They are laminated together using a resin adhesive. The JIP concept is to interpose a cloth (4) such as cotton cloth on the surface of the filter medium (2) between the filter mediums (1) and (3).

Below, we will examine the composition of each of these filter media in detail.
The filter media (1) and (2) are made of cotton, wool, pulp fiber, etc., which are bleached appropriately, washed thoroughly in treated water without being crushed, and then molded into the shape of the filter to be molded. Fill the combined molds, making sure there are no gaps in the molds.
After captivating, it is squeezed out and pressed to remove the moisture contained in it, and then thoroughly dried in a drying room or the like.

Next, the filter medium (3) is made of vegetable fibers such as cotton fiber pulp fibers, and after being sufficiently maceration-treated in a nitrous acid sorter and in the residue produced from a mixed solution of hydrochloric acid. Neutralize with ammonia scum, wash it with water, and then press it into the mold in the same way as for materials (1) and (2) above, and thoroughly de-squeeze to remove the moisture content, and the mold remains intact. After it has been shaped, it is subjected to a drying process.
