前記トリガ回路は、前記エキサイタコイルの他端を前記
コンデンサと電流制限素子との接続点に単方向性素子を
介して結合する結合回路と、導通した際に前記結合回路
を通して前記コンデンサ側に電流が供給されるのを阻止
するように設けられてエミッタが接地されたトランジス
タと、前記エキサイタコイルの他端側から前記トランジ
スタにベース電流を供給するベース電流供給回路とを具
備し、前記手動スイッチは前記トランジスタのベースエ
ミッタ間を短絡し得るように該ペースエミッタ間に対し
て並列に接続され、前記電流制限素子の両端にはアノー
