水および圧縮空気を内蔵するとともに逆止弁を介してポ
ンプの吐出側に接続された圧力タンクを有する給水系に
設けられ、上下方向に変位自在に内装されるとともに上
向きに付勢されたピストンまたはベロフラム等の隔壁を
有し、かつこの隔壁によって上部室と区画された下部室
が上記ポンプの吐出側に接続された補給部と、周壁に開
口する接線方向の流入孔を介して上記圧力タンクに連通
されるとともに中央部に開口する軸方向の流出孔を介し
て上記上部室と連通・された渦流室を有する渦流形流体
素子と、上記流出孔と対向位置して上記渦流室に開口す
る吸気孔に接続された吸気弁とを具備することを特徴と
