    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明な側壁部分に石ケン膜計測用目盛を刻印された円筒
    体と、同円筒体の下部に同軸的に形成された逆円錐形仕
    切壁部と、同逆円錐形仕切壁部の下端頂部開口から上方
    へ導入される流体圧により石ケン膜を形成するための石
    ケン液供給機構とをそなえ、同右ケン液供給機構が、上
    記逆円錐形仕切壁部の内面を濡らすように石ケン液を流
    下させるべく配設された石ケン液吐出口を有して構成さ
    れたことを特徴とする、石ケン膜式流量計。
