    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヘリウムガスまたは水素ガス中の不純物を低温度で活性
    炭等により吸着除去する低温精製器において、吸着剤を
    充填した吸着容器を液体窒素冷却管を設けた遮蔽板で囲
    み、真空容器中に収容してなることを特徴とする低温精
    製器。
