その前面に装着されるスピーカグリルを有するスピーカ
装置において、スピーカユニットのフレームに設けられ
た凹部と、この凹部を通して挿入されかつ前記フレーム
をキャビネットに固着するねじと、このねじおよび前記
凹部によって形成される間隙に嵌合するように哀ピーカ
グリルから突出する固着部材とを備えたことを特徴とす
