引力により被加工材ａを吸着可能なるよう上部基盤に支
承して設けた吸着保持手段７を接続すると共に、吸引力
発生動、−作に連動して被加工材を上部基盤との間に直
接又は間接的に掛脱自在に保持可能なるよう挟持手段１
１を上記吸引力発生手段と連動連結して設けてなること
