Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an air filter from causing dew condensation at the lower end thereof, by constituting an air cooling conditioner such that it has an intake port at the upper front face thereof, an air filter provided below the intake port and a blow-off port provided at the lower end thereof in such a configuration that a blow-off cooling air may not flow the air filter. CONSTITUTION:During a cooling operation with the flap 67 of damper 65 adjusted as shown in a solid line, a cooling air is blown off from the upper part of blow-off port 66, then further flows along the recess 70 of guide member 44 as shown with a solid line and is finally blown off without entering into contact with the lower end 48 of air filter 47. Where the air conditioner is used as a circulator, the flap 67 of damper 65 is adjusted to a position shown with a dot line, enabling an air of increased temperature to fall downwardly in a room. This arrangement can prevent the air filter from causing a dew condensation at its lower end.

aυ is a suction port located in the upper front of the main body a and formed in the suction panel (91), 0 is a heat exchanger located behind this suction port and acts as an evaporator, and 0 is a heat exchanger of the heat exchanger. (19 is a cross flow fan, (1e is an air outlet provided from the lower front surface of the main body (101) to the lower bottom surface, (lη is the air outlet Q61) This is a damper that rotates around a rotating shaft α supported on the left and right sides. During cooling, this damper closes the bottom of the air outlet αG as shown by the solid line and discharges cold air forward. When using this damper as a circilator to stop the action of the damper and lower the high-temperature air that has accumulated in the upper part of the room to the lower part of the room during winter, close the front of the air outlet (16) with this damper as shown by the dashed line. The recess was an air filter installed between the suction port αυ and the heat exchanger a4, and was inserted from below the suction port (lυ). The lower end Hiroshi)) was located at the upper part of the air outlet 06).

In such an air conditioner trap in which the air outlet (16) is provided from the lower front surface to the lower bottom surface of the main body (10), the damper (17) is positioned at the bottom of the air outlet (06) during cooling. Since the trap is configured so that the cold air is discharged forward, the amount of cold air flowing along the insulation material 04) increases as indicated by the broken line arrow, and the cold flies hit the lower end (2o) of the air filter a. In this case, the lower end (2
Because the front surface (20b) of υ) is in contact with the indoor air, which has a higher temperature than the cold air that hits the back surface (20a), dew forms on the lower end (20) of the air filter, and the cold air removes this dew. There was a drawback that it was scattered indoors.

is a cross-flow fan, (60 soil main body (24J) air outlet provided from the lower front to the lower bottom surface, (60 cylinder) centering on the rotating shaft side supported on the left and right sides of the air outlet (foundation). It is a rotating damper, and during cooling, the damper (65j flap (6η) is located at the bottom of the air outlet (as shown in the solid line) to blow out cold air in the forward direction. ) flows along the recess (10) of the guide member (44) as shown by the solid arrow, and the lower end of the air filter (4η) prevents the cold air from hitting the decoy. When using this damper (flap (67) of 67j) as a circulator to stop the action of the one-way exchanger 6 and drop the high-temperature air that has accumulated in the upper part of the room to the lower part of the room in winter, As shown by the chain line, the trap is placed in front of the air outlet to cause the high temperature air to fall to the lower part of the room.
