うこのレールに装着された２本のトップレール上にシー
トを載置したものにおいて、前記両レールの後端部で両
レールを連結している連結棒と前記両トップレールを連
結している連結棒との間に前後方向に伸縮可能に配設さ
れている衝撃吸収ダンパーと、一端がトップレールの後
端部に枢支され且つ途中にガイドピンが固着されている
ヒンジアームと、前記レールの後端部に固着されるとと
もに、前記ガイドピンが嵌入されトップレールの前後方
向移動に伴ないヒンジアームの他端が弧状に回動するよ
う案内する長孔が穿設されたブラケットと、乗員が着座
するとともに下ツブレールに載置されているシートクッ
ションに対し乗員の背もたれとなるシートバックが傾動
可能となっており、しかもシートバックが前記ヒンジア
ームの他端部に連結されているシートとを有することを
