Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the transmission of a bending stress to an electrically welded part by the holding force of an elastic clip by forming the elastic clip in such a way that the clip is formed along the outer diameters of an outer copper wire and a temp. sensitive part holder at the vicinity of the part electrically welded to the temp. sensitive part holder of the outer copper wire. CONSTITUTION:The clip 5 pressing and interposing parallelly the outer copper wire 7 and the temp. sensitive part holder 2 is provided at the vicinity of the electrically welded part to the holder 2 of the wire 7, and the constitution difficult to transmit the stress to the electrically welded part even if the bending stress is applied to the wire 7 is obtained. Furthermore, a guide groove 8 for interposing the clip is provided at the holder 2 to prevent the easy movement of the clip 5. As the result, the groove 8 is fitted with the holder 2 by the elastic force of the clip 5, and an outer copper wire 6 is adhered tightly and parallelly along the holder 2, and held strongly thereby.

(1) The elastic clip is configured to follow the outer diameter of the external copper wire and the outer diameter of the temperature sensing part holder near the electrically welded part of the external copper wire to the temperature sensing part holder. The hot section holder can be closely attached in parallel, and even if bending stress is applied to the external copper wire, the holding force of the elastic clip prevents the bending stress from being transmitted to the electric welding area, which was often the case in the past. This eliminates disconnection failures in electrically welded parts and provides stable performance even after handling during maintenance and assembly.
