    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタ出力回路を構成するトランジスタのエミッ
    タと接地電位間に該トランジスタの出力飽和電圧とは逆
    極性の電圧源を接続することにより、出力飽和電圧を相
    殺したことを特徴とするトランジスタ出力回路。
