Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled resin, obtained by reacting a phenol with a vegetable oil and then formaldehyde, and further reacting the resultant reaction product with a precondensate of a phenolic resin, etc., having improved punchability, and capable of giving electrical laminated boards rich in flexibility. CONSTITUTION:One mole vegetable oil, e.g. tung oil, is reacted with preferably 2-5mol phenol and then preferably 2-6mol formaldehyde to give a reaction product, which is reacted with a precondensate obtained by reacting phenol with formaldehyde and hexamine in a solvent, e.g. methanol, preferably at 30-110 deg.C to afford the aimed oil-modified phenolic resin. The resultant oil-modified phenolic resin is then impregnated into a base material for a laminated board and dried to give a prepreg. Sheets of the resultant prepreg in a necessary number are laminated, hot-pressed and molded to afford the aimed electrical laminated board.

Conventionally, 1S air/? It is necessary to temporarily provide a large number of mounting holes, and when the mounting holes are created by punching or the like, cracks and cracks often occur in the electrical R-layer board. Furthermore, in order to meet the demand for flame retardancy, a large amount of flame retardant was mixed into the resin for the laminate, which caused cracks and cracks to occur more frequently.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and after reacting phenol-V and vegetable oil, the reaction product reacted with formaltech V is added with phenol-based, H1 fat condensate and a solvent. By adding and reacting with xamine, oil-modified phenolic resin with excellent flexibility can be obtained with high yield, and by using this oil-modified phenolic resin as a laminated 4-layer resin, it has excellent flexibility. In addition, it was possible to obtain inexpensive ICs using electrical laminates.

Next, the present invention will be explained in detail. Phenol used in the present invention
/L/ types include phenol, cresol, gyclenol, molasses capable of modification with phenols, lignin, xylene,
naphthalene, petroleum-based aromatic hydrocarbon resin, etc., and phenol)
It also includes mixtures with Group V. As the vegetable oil, all vegetable oils such as tung oil, soybean oil, castor oil, and linseed oil can be used. As for formaldehyde, formalin, rose formaldehyde, etc. are used. The precondensation product (phenol fruit tree) is an initial condensation product obtained by reacting the above-mentioned phenols with formaldehyde in an acidic or alkaline environment. In terms of 7η agents, if it is a solvent that is compatible with phenolic thread resin first 44Ai;i compounds such as metifle alcohol, acetone, toluene, etc., it may not be necessary to add it only once in a while. The reaction is 2 to 1 mole of vegetable oil to phenol V
5 moles under an acidic catalyst such as para-toluene sulfonic acid
Phenol thread obtained by reacting at a temperature of ~120°C, then reacting with 2 to 6 moles of formaldehyde to obtain a reactant, and then reacting the reactant with phenol and formaldehyde under acidic or alkaline conditions. , a fat-resistant initial condensate, a solvent, and hexamine are added and reacted at 30 to 110C to obtain an oil-modified phenol resin. In addition, the base materials for lamination include glass, woven fabrics made of Asbenuto fibers, synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol, and acrylic, and natural lacquer fibers such as cotton, non-woven fabrics, A laminate in which the required number of prepregs obtained by impregnating the oil-modified pheno-1v resin into the laminate board base material and drying the above-mentioned oil-modified phenol-1v resin using a mat or paper or a pongee combination base material of these materials is laminated with the required number of sheets, or If necessary, an electrical laminate is obtained by placing an adhesive-coated copper foil on the outermost side of the laminate with the adhesive side facing the laminate side, and then heating and press-forming the foil.
