間ならびにピンの外周面との間にそれぞれシールリング
をそなえるリング体を上記ピンに挿嵌し、該リング体を
上記ピンの回転とともに回転せしめるための拘束手段に
よってリング体とピンとを係合せしめたことを特徴とす
