縮室に近接する側の周面に弾性リングを嵌合し、該弾性
リングの外周部を含みピストンの外周部を一体に被覆す
る樹脂製筒部材をピストンに嵌合し、該樹脂製筒部材の
圧縮室に近接する周面を弾性リングを介して前記シリン
