Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ・ｏ 本発明は浴用固形洗剤に関する。
この種類の固形洗剤が商業上有用なのは皮膚に脱臭効果
を与える能力である。
本発明は脱臭効果を与え、式 （式中Ｒ１、Ｒ２およびＲ３は１〜４炭素原子を含むア
ルキル基で、Ｒ４はヒドロキシル基もしくはＣＨ３ＣＯ
Ｏ−である）を有する約０．３〜約３重量％のクエン酸
エステルもしくはそれらのアセチル誘導体を含むことの
できる固形洗剤を記載する。
固形洗剤は約０．５％、好ましくは約１重量％までのエ
ステルを含むことが好ましい。最適レベルは約０．７５
％である。Ｒ１、Ｒ２、Ｒ３アルキル基の好ましい基は
エチルおよびブチルである。エステルはトリエステルが
好ましい。固形洗剤の残部は洗剤活性物質および他の成
分、たとえば香料、色素、含有水分、殺菌剤、保存料、
無機塩、可塑剤、およびＰＨ調整添加剤である。本発明
の固形洗剤は石鹸、アニオン活性剤、カチオン活性剤、
非イオン活性剤および両性イオン活性剤の部類の洗剤活
性物質を含む。
本発明の固形洗剤を形成するのに使用しうる洗剤活性剤
の例はシユバルツおよびペリ一（インターサイエンス１
９４９）の［ＳｕｒｆａｃｅＡｃｔｉｖｅＡｇｅｎｔｓ
」およびシユバルツ、ペリ一およびベルヒ（インターサ
イエンス １９５８）の「ＳｕｒｆａｃｅＡｃｔｉｖｅ
Ａｇｅｎｔｓ」第２巻に見られる。界面活性物質の特定
例は英国特許第１４６０４４２号明細書（ドイツ国特許
第２４０１７５２号明細書）に表記される。「石鹸」な
る言葉はアルキル鎖に８〜２４炭素原子を含む長鎖脂肪
酸の水溶性塩を規定するために使用される。これらは好
ましい活性剤である。これらの塩はアルカリ金属もしく
はアンモニウム★★でよい。酸は天然の来源もしくは合
成径路を通して誘導することができる。クエン酸エステ
ルは付加成分の混合工程で添加するのが好ましい。
この工程で香料および色素が添加されよう。次いで洗剤
材料は固形洗剤を形成させるために粉砕、圧搾（ＰｌＯ
ｄｄｉｎｇ）、押し出しおよび型打ちされる。たとえ脱
臭利益を供する材料が洗滌活性物質溶液の存在で皮膚と
接触され、その後皮膚は洗滌後すすがれても、皮膚脱臭
の利益は本発明の固形洗剤により達成される。
脱臭利益を供するクエン酸誘導体は貯蔵中洗剤活性物質
および含有水分の存在下に固形洗剤中でその能力を保有
する。固形石鹸の含有水分は通例８〜１０％の範囲にあ
る。石鹸以外の洗剤活性物を含む固形洗剤は約５％もし
くは約１５％の含有水分を有することができる。処方に
含まれるクエン酸誘導体の例はクエン酸トリエチル、ク
エン酸アセチルトリブチルおよびクエン酸アセチルトリ
エチルである。本発明による固形洗剤の例はこｋに示す
。
８０部のタロ一石鹸、そのうちの５部は遊離脂肪酸（コ
コナツト油脂肪酸として表わされる）である２０部のコ
コナツト石鹸を含む固形石鹸を第１表の明細量でクエン
酸誘導体を含有させて製造した。
対照石鹸も製造した。４０人のパネルを試験固形石鹸に
より腋の下の部分で達成した脱臭効果を試験するのに使
用した。
対照固形石鹸を各人の１方の腋の下を、試験固形石鹸を
もう１方の腋の下を洗滌するのに使用した。それぞれの
腋の下の臭いレベルの臭覚評価はＯ〜５（後者の限定は
もつとも強い臭いを示す）の評点で洗滌後５時間で行な
つた。スケール評価の平均は第１表に示し、４連続日に
行なつた評価の平均である。クエン酸アセチルトリブチ
ル（ＡＴＢＣ）の脱臭効果は濃度、評価期間および処方
を変えて研究イ★した。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ （ｉ）式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ （式中、Ｒ＿１、Ｒ＿２およびＲ＿３は各々１〜４個の
    炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、Ｒ＿４はヒドロキ
    シル基もしくはＣＨ＿３ＣＯＯ＾−である）を有するク
    エン酸の任意にアセチル化されたエステル約０．３重量
    ％〜約３重量％、および（ｉｉ）約９７％〜約９９．９
    ％の洗滌活性物質および固形洗剤の他の部分より成るこ
    とを特徴とする、固形洗剤。 ２ エステルはトリエステルである、特許請求の範囲第
    １項記載の固形洗剤。 ３ Ｒ＿１、Ｒ＿２およびＲ＿３は各々エチルもしくは
    ブチルである、特許請求の範囲第１項もしくは第２項記
    載の固形洗剤。 ４ クエン酸エステルは約０．５％からの量で存在させ
    る、特許請求の範囲第１項から第３項のいずれか１項に
    記載の固形洗剤。 ５ クエン酸エステルは約１．０％までの量で存在させ
    る、特許請求の範囲第１項から第４項のいずれか１項に
    記載の固形洗剤。 ６ 洗剤活性物質は長鎖（Ｃ＿８〜Ｃ＿２＿４）脂肪酸
    の水溶性塩を含む、特許請求の範囲第１項から第５項の
    いずれか１項に記載の固形洗剤。 ７ クエン酸エステルがクエン酸トリエチル、アセチル
    クエン酸トリブチルおよびアセチルクエン酸トリエチル
    から選ばれる、特許請求の範囲第１項から第６項のいず
    れか１項に記載の固形洗剤。 ８ 水含量が約５〜１５重量％の範囲である、特許請求
    の範囲第１項から第７項のいずれか１項に記載の固形洗
    剤。
