図は、本考案に係るモータ端子１２の形状を示し、第５
図は第２図の小型モータの外部からの斜視図を示す。 ５は固定具、８は合成樹脂製モータケース、１１はブラ
シ、１２は来者唸に係るモータ端子、１３は方形の端子
孔、１６は端子部、１７は端子基部、１９は段部、２０
は段差、２３は段部のかしめである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　コミュテータを有する回転子の回転軸を軸受を介し
    て磁極を有する円筒状の磁性体モータケースの１端に取
    り付け、コミュテータのある他端を前記モータケースに
    圧入された円筒状の合成樹脂製モータケースに取り付け
    、該合成樹脂製モータケースに設けられた端子孔に金属
    性薄板によりブラシと電気的に接続される通電用のモー
    タ端子をもうけた端子板を取り付けたことからなる小型
    モータにおいて、少なくとも２個のブラシ取り付は台お
    よび端子孔を前記合成樹脂製モータケースにもうけ、該
    端子孔を通して１端に外部接続のための端子部を有しか
    つ他端に固定用の固定孔をもうけるとともにその固定孔
    の１部に割りを入れて段差をもうけたＬ字状のモータ端
    子の端子部をモータケース内部から−モータケース外部
    に突出させ、該モータ端子を前記固定孔を通して前記円
    筒状のブラシ取り付は台に固定具により固定したことを
    特徴とする小型モータ。 ２　前記モータ端子の端子部の先端から離れるに従い端
    子部の幅が階段状に徐々に広がる段部をもうけ、該端子
    部を前記方形の端子孔にモータケース内部からモータケ
    ース外部に突出させ、該突出した階段状の段部をかしめ
    ることによりモータ端子をモータケースに固定したこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の小型
    モータ。
