Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キャスタＣのピボット軸３に拡開固定具６を挿嵌し、ピ
    ボット軸３の先端部に螺合したナツト９の締付により合
    成樹脂製の拡開固定具６を拡開させて取付穴５の内面に
    拡開固定具６を圧接するようにしたキャスタの取付穴へ
    の固定装置において、中心部にピボット軸挿通孔１６を
    透設した短四角柱状の上駒１１と中間筒１４及び中心部
    にピボット軸挿通孔１７を透設した短四角柱状の下切１
    ５て拡開固定具６を構成し、中間筒１４の上下両端部１
    ２．１３をそれぞれ先細りテーパー面に形成するととも
    に、中間筒１４の少なくとも上下両端部１２．１３にお
    ける外周面に突条２０を軸心方向に突設し、上駒１１及
    び下切１５の各ピボット軸挿通孔１６．１７から少なく
    とも一側面に向って中間筒１４の突条を受入れる嵌合１
    １１１２１．２２を軸方向に形成し、この嵌合溝２１．
    ２２を挾む状態で上下各駒１１．１５の側面を内側に凹
    陥形成するとともに、残りの側面の中央部を内側に大き
    く凹陥形成させ、上駒１１の上面にナツト９の回り止め
    固定部１０を形成し、上駒１１のピボット軸挿通孔１６
    の下部を中間筒１４の頂側テーパー状端部１２と嵌まり
    合うテーパー面１８に形成するとともに、下切１５のピ
    ボット軸挿通孔１７の上部に中間筒１４の下側テーパー
    状端部１３と嵌まり合うテーパー面１９を形成し、上下
    各駒に形成した嵌合ｉ２１，２２の外側壁２４．２５に
    連結片部２６を残す状態で拡開用スリット２７を刻設し
    たことを特徴とするキャスタの取付穴への固定装置。
