を介して上記隣り合う二本の支柱間に底面両側縁に係止
溝を形成してなる笠木を配設し、上記隣り合う二本の手
摺支柱間に、上記笠木の係止溝に嵌入保合する係止突縁
を両側縁に形成した上弦材と該上弦材と平行に配設され
る下弦材との間に手摺子部材あるいは目隠しパネルを組
付けてなる手摺子ユニットを、上記上弦材の係止突縁を
上記笠木の係止溝に係合して懸架すると共に上記下弦材
の両端を手摺支柱の下部側壁に固定することにより装着
