Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a noncombustible solution having a slow speed of evaporation and high stability and degreasing-washing power, by preparing it from Flon 113, dichloromethane and 1,1,1-trochloroethane as main components. CONSTITUTION:The degreasing-washing solution containing a) 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2, 2-trifluoroethane (Flon 113), b: dichloromethane and c) 1,1,1-trichloroethane as main components. For instance, said solution comprising, by wt%, about 60-70 the component a, about 15-20 the component b and about 15-20 the component c. This solution being noncombustible adheres onto the surface of a metallic material without exhibiting any noxious effect on the human body. Hence, it is useful for removing deteriorated oil stains.

The inventor first developed 1,1.2-) Rechloror 1.2.2-MJ, which has the highest allowable concentration recommended by the Japan Society of Industrial Hygiene, which is 11,000 pp, which is the safest, and is nonflammable.
We considered using fluoroethane (hereinafter referred to as Freon 113) as a degreasing cleaning solution. However, since Flo-Kari 13 had a weak degreasing power and an extremely high evaporation rate, it could not achieve its purpose. Next, the inventor
We considered adding dichloromethane, which has a high allowable concentration of 500 ppm and is highly safe, has strong degreasing power, and is nonflammable. The evaporation rate was also faster than that of Freon 113, so it was not suitable as a degreasing cleaning solution.

The inventor said that from a safety point of view, the degreasing cleaning solution is Freon 113.
I thought that it had to be made with dichloromethane as the main component, and created an azeotrope with a mixed solution to raise the boiling point, and searched for a substance that has degreasing power, flame retardancy, and high safety. When we conducted experiments on various solutions, we found that 1,1.1-
) dichloromethane was found to satisfy the above conditions. As a result of experimenting with mixing these two types of solutions, it was discovered that the solution had sufficient degreasing and cleaning power, and the present invention was completed.

Put a 1:1 mixed solution of 3 and dichloromethane into a sprayer, apply machine oil to the stainless steel plate,
After a week, there are dried oil stains, oil stains on the frame of a ventilation fan that has been in operation for more than a year, oil stains that have splattered and deteriorated from the sliding surface of the rail of an elevator that has been in operation for more than 5 years, and oil stains that have deteriorated since more than 5 years ago. Grease and other substances adhering to the motor in the installed V-beta machine room were sprayed onto four types of oil stains that had dried and deteriorated.
It was wiped off with a paper towel and evaluated according to the following criteria.
