Claims

（１）　　Ｘｅガスが封入された容器中に多数の高電圧
印加電極と信号電極とが交互に配置されてなる放射線検
出器において、上記電極をなす導電板を多層構造とし、
各層間に粘弾性材料層をサンドインチしたことを特徴と
