Claims (1)
生地棒を該生地送りコンベアの進行方向に対して直角方
向に真直に矯正する矯正装置と、該矯正装置によって真
直に矯正された生地棒の中心を前記生地送りコンベアの
回転速度よりも速い速度で前方へ押し出す先折曲げ棒と
該生地棒の中心を前記生地送りコンベア上で一時的に保
持する後折曲げ棒を交互に放射状に回転軸に設けると共
に該回転軸の回転を９０°毎に間欠回転させる折曲げ回
転体から構成される生地棒の折曲げ装置。A straightening device that straightens a dough bar conveyed by a dough feeding conveyor rotating at a constant speed in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the dough feeding conveyor, and a center of the dough bar that has been straightened by the straightening device.
