Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は気体画成式撹拌翼に関するもので、その目的と
するところは、気液攪拌槽内の液体に外部からの強制的
手段を使用せずに気体を混入させることにある。
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づき説明する。
第1図及び第2図において、1は本発明に係る攪拌翼で
、中空回転軸2の先端に、且つ該中空回転軸2に対して
垂直面内で複数個(本実施例では4個)互いに等間隔で
取付けられている。
そして、上記撹拌翼1先端の回転方向Aに対して後面が
450に傾斜1aさせられ、且つ該傾斜面1aには前記
中空回転軸2の中空部2aに連通する開口3が有せしめ
られている。即ち、攪拌翼1はパイプの先端を450で
切り落としたものである。従つて、第3図に示すように
、上記攪拌翼1を攪拌槽4内の液体中で矢印B方向に回
転させれば、攪拌翼1の先端後側の傾斜面1aに設けら
れた開口3から気体が自然に液体中に吸出されていく。
ここで、気体が自然に吸出される理由を考察す、 る。
撹拌翼が液体中で回転しているとき、中空回転軸の上端
より吸込まれた気体の出口である攪拌翼先端には、下記
のような3種類の力が作用していると考えられる。(a
)攪拌翼の取付け位置までの液圧によつて液体o を撹
拌翼内に押し込もうとするカー(b)回転時攪拌翼内の
液体に働く遠心力によシ液体が攪拌翼外に飛び出そうと
する力。
(c)攪拌翼の後面に生じた負圧の渦によつて攪拌翼内
の液体を吸い出そうとする力。
5 従つて、上記(a)項で述べた液圧による力よυも
、0))及び(c)項で述べた遠心力及び渦力による力
の方が大きいため、攪拌による気体吸い込みを可能にし
ている。
なお、例えば攪拌翼先端の傾斜面を回転に対して前面に
形成すれば気体吸い込みは生じi0ない。また、第3図
仮想線で示すように、攪拌槽4内にバッフル5を取シ付
けると、攪拌による液体の旋回流が減少するため、撹拌
翼先端の後面に生じる負圧の渦力が増し、撹拌翼による
気体の吸い込み性能は向上する。更に、第4図に示すよ
う■5 に、攪拌翼1を複数段に設ければ、気体吸い込
みを増すことができる。以上のように、本発明の気体白
服式攪拌翼によれば、気液撹拌槽内の液体中に強制的手
段を使用せずに気体を混入させることができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 中空回転軸の一端にその軸心と垂直方向で取付けら
    れた攪拌翼先端の回転方向後面を傾斜させ、且つ該傾斜
    面に上記中空回転軸の中空部に連通する開口を有せしめ
    たことを特徴とする気体自吸式攪拌翼。
