側面に環状の弾性体を固着し、該弾性体の外側面に、外
周部がわがその弾性体の外周面より外方へ張り出す環状
の慣性体を固着し、かつ、慣性体の張り出し部に制振材
又は吸音材を付設したことを特徴とするダンパ装置。
