Claims (1)

ボンを波板状に形成した波形リボンと極薄金属製の平形
リボンとを重合してこれを渦巻状に巻くことによりエレ
メント本体を形成し、これを枠体によって挟着保持せし
めることによりエレメントが構成され、管路中に接続す
るために外周部に連結部を備えたボディーの中央部に上
記エレメントを配置したことを特徴とするフレームアレ
