Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケーシングと、このケーシング内に収容されるフィルタ
    ーエレメントと、このフィルターエレメントに付着する
    濾過残渣をふるい落すためにケーシング内に圧縮空気を
    送入する圧縮空気送入用ノズルを備えた濾過装置であっ
    て、上記フィルターエレメントが、周囲に多数の透孔が
    形成されている芯管と、波形状のシート状濾材を上記芯
    管の透孔形成部の外周面に筒状に配置することにより構
    成される断面略星形の筒形濾過材と、この筒形濾過材の
    波状の山部と上記芯管とでつくられる開口を個別的に閉
    塞する閉塞具と、上記芯管と筒形濾過材を一体化する一
    体化部材とからなることを特徴とする濾過装置。
