この発明は回転磁界を利用したバレル研摩装置に関する

また研摩を終った物品の取り出しにも時間を要するとい

回転させて鉄系の被研摩材料を研摩することにより、研
摩時間を短縮し、また、容器の下方に、電磁石を設けて
被研摩材料を研摩終了後容器の下部に集め取り出しを容

容器(バレル)1は、円筒状の外枠数の磁極2が等間隔
に設ゆられている。各磁極2には複層巻の巻線4が適宜
に施されている。また容器lの下方に電磁石5が設けら
れ、研摩終了後直流が供給され鉄系被研摩材を吸引して
容器下部に集め、取り出しを容易にしている。この電磁
石5は交流を供給することによって脱磁にも用いられる
。第3図は平面図で、複数の磁極2によって、生じた回
転磁界により、アルミニウム等の研摩材6が矢印の方向
に高速で回転し、被研摩材7を研摩する状態を示しであ

以上の説明で明らかなように、本発明によれば研摩時間
を短縮することができ、また従来のような羽根車等の回
転部分がないので装置の製作が容易である。また、容器
の下方に電磁石を設けることにより、研摩後の物品の取
