    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トナーの付着したコピー用紙の先端を搬送途中で熱ロー
    ラの方向へ偏向させる偏向部材を有する゛複写機におけ
    る定着装置において、上記偏向部材の一部を上記熱ロー
    ラの取付部に当接させて位置決めしたことを特徴とする
    複写機における定着装置。
