Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車において着座した乗員の肩部及び腰部を
締結する所謂三点式シートベルト装置に関するものであ
る。

三点式シートベルト装置として、第1図に示すように、
シートベルト3の一端をリトラクタ2を介して車体側壁
下部(例えばセンターピラー下部等)のトリム8内に固
定し、他端を例えばセンターピラー〇上方部に設けたス
ルー4に挿通した上で下方に引き延ばして例えばサイド
シルの車室内側等車体1の下方部に設けたアンカー5に
固定し、該スルー4とアンカー5間においてシートベル
ト3にタング6を摺動可能なるよう挿通し、該タング6
を座席10の中央側脇下部の車体部材(例えばフロア或
はフロアに固定された部材)に取付けたバックル7に係
合ロックさせることにより鎖線示の如くシートベルト3
が乗員の肩部及び腰部にフィツトし、バックル7よりタ
ング6をはずすとシートベルト3はリトラクタ2に自動
的に巻き取られ実線示のように解除状態となる形式のも
のが従来より用いられている(例えば実開昭 53−87527号公報参照)。

ア車において後席への乗降に邪魔となる不具合がある。

どこにあるのかさがさなければならない等の問題も有し
ている。

本考案はシートベルト3がトリム8内に装備したりトラ
クタ2より上方に延びスルー4に至る途中において、ト
リム8内より車室内側に出て来るところにカバー9が装
備されていることに着目し、該カバー9にシートベルト
解除時又ルー4よリアンカー5に至る間のシートベルト
3及びタング6を係合保持する保合部を設けたことによ
り、上記のような従来の諸問題を解消したものである。

、タング6も該係止部9bに保持され、シートベルトが
後席への乗降の邪魔になることは全くなく、又シートベ
ルト解除時の車室内美感の著しい向上をはかることがで
きる。

タングを挿込係止するタング係止部9bを設けたことを
特徴とする三点式シートベルト装置。
