Description

【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は自動車において着座した乗員の肩部及び腰部を
締結する所謂三点式シートベルト装置に関するものであ
る。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a so-called three-point seat belt device for fastening the shoulders and waist of a passenger seated in an automobile.

三点式シートベルト装置として、第１図に示すように、
シートベルト３の一端をリトラクタ２を介して車体側壁
下部（例えばセンターピラー下部等）のトリム８内に固
定し、他端を例えばセンターピラー〇上方部に設けたス
ルー４に挿通した上で下方に引き延ばして例えばサイド
シルの車室内側等車体１の下方部に設けたアンカー５に
固定し、該スルー４とアンカー５間においてシートベル
ト３にタング６を摺動可能なるよう挿通し、該タング６
を座席１０の中央側脇下部の車体部材（例えばフロア或
はフロアに固定された部材）に取付けたバックル７に係
合ロックさせることにより鎖線示の如くシートベルト３
が乗員の肩部及び腰部にフィツトし、バックル７よりタ
ング６をはずすとシートベルト３はリトラクタ２に自動
的に巻き取られ実線示のように解除状態となる形式のも
のが従来より用いられている（例えば実開昭５３−８７５２７号公報参照）。As a three-point seat belt device, as shown in Figure 1,

り大きく車室内に突出した状態となっており、特に２ド

通されているので、ベルト解除時場合によっては最下端
のアンカ一部５近くまで辷り落ちていることもあり、着
座後シートベルトを締結しようとしたとき該タング６が
どこにあるのかさがさなければならない等の問題も有し

本考案はシートベルト３がトリム８内に装備したりトラ
クタ２より上方に延びスルー４に至る途中において、ト
リム８内より車室内側に出て来るところにカバー９が装
備されていることに着目し、該カバー９にシートベルト
解除時又ルー４よリアンカー５に至る間のシートベルト
３及びタング６を係合保持する保合部を設けたことによ

車体１の側壁面にほぼ近接した状態で保持されると共に
、タング６も該係止部９ｂに保持され、シートベルトが
後席への乗降の邪魔になることは全くなく、又シートベ
ルト解除時の車室内美感の著しい向上をはかることがで

い得るもので、実用的に大なる効果をもたらし得るもの

シートベルトの一端をリトラクタ２を介して車体側方下
部のトリム内に固定し、他端を車体側方上部に設けたス
ルー４に挿通した上で下方に引き延ばし車体側方下部の
車室内側のアンカ一部５に固定し、該シートベルトに自
由にスライドできるよう挿通したタング６を座席中央側
脇下部の車体部材に取付けたバックル７に係合させ得る
ようにした三点式シートベルト装置において、シートベ
ルトがトリム８内より車室内に出て来る位置に設けられ
るカバー９の車室内側面に、シートベルト解除時又ルー
４からアンカ一部５に至る間のシートベルトを保合保持
する保合部９ａを一体に形成すると共に該係合部９ａに
タングを挿込係止するタング係止部９ｂを設けたことを
