指令信号を発する検知手段と、前記指令信号に応じて前
記基板を受駒部材を介し′て担持して搬送ライン上から
前記所定分割位置に搬送し且つ位置決めする搬送手段と
、前記受駒部、 材と協働して前記基板の分割を行
う複数の爪部材と、前記爪部材に駆動力を付与する駆動
力付与手段とから成り、前記爪部材は各々独立して作動
し得、前記駆動力付与手段は前記各爪部材を異なるタイ
ミングにて駆動せしめることを特徴とする基板分割装置
