は、第1図におけるプロセッサ13と同様にシフトレジ
スタ131に設定されるデータを変復調回1is17に
送出し、また変復調回路17から伝達されるデータをシ
フトレジスタ131に酋積した後、該データに対し所要
の処理を加える。例えば回線開放信号を受信した場合に
は電話機回路11に電話回線2に対するループを開放す
る指示を伝達し、また再送要求信号を受信した場合には
記憶回路16に袷積されているデータを変復調回路17
に再送し、また受信したデータが表示すべきものであれ
ば表示回路18に伝達する等のデータの解析並びに該解
析に基づく処理を実行する。一方インタフェース回路1
9から端末装置3の接続を通知される場合には、プロセ
ッサ130は変復調回路17から伝達されるデータをシ
フトレジスタ131に一旦給禎した後、インタフェース
回路」9を介して端末装置3に伝達し、また端末装置3
からインタフェース回路19を介して伝達されるデータ
をシフトレジスタ131に一旦蓄積した後変復繻回路1
7に伝達する。その間プロセンサL30は、シフトレジ
スタ131に蓄積されるデータに何等の解析並びに処理
を加えない。かかる状態においては、端末装置3は恰も

一切端未装置3において判読し、必要あれば電話端末機
