有する略円形の凹所を設け、他方には上゛記凹所に遊嵌
合しかつ外周面に凹溝を有する略円形の軸部を設け、上
記凹所の内周面と軸部の外周面との間に、両端が上記凹
溝に係合しかつ中央部に上記凹部と弾性的に係合する突
部を有する略Ｃ字形の金属性板バネを収容したことを特
