    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電磁器板を２板貼り合わせたバイモルフ振動子と円錐
    台形状でその上面中央部に筒状部を具備するとともに底
    面部を超音波放射面とした共振子を有し、前記共振子を
    上面中央の筒状部にて前記バイモルフ振動子の中央部に
    接着剤にて接着固定してなる複合共振子を端子板中央部
    の凸状支持部に弾性接着剤を介して接着固定し、前記複
    合共振子及び端子板をケース内に収納してなる超音波セ
    ラミックマイクロホン。
