    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キャビネットを構成する板材が高剛性な材料からなる外
    側層１と、発泡構造であって吸音性と同時に剛性を有す
    る材料からなる内側層３と、前記外側層１と内側層３と
    を相互に接着し且つ粘弾性による機械的振動吸収作用を
    有する中間層２とからなることを特徴とするスピーカ用
    キャビネット。
