板を挿入し、この軸基板には上記切欠部に挿通して先端
を外方に突出する車軸を一体に突設し、この車軸の先端
部に車輪を回転自在に取着するものにおいて、上記軸基
板には一部を残してその周縁に切込みを入れることによ
り弾性波形状突片を設け、他方取付用凹所壁には弾性波
形状突片の頂部が係脱する保合孔を形成し、この保合孔
と弾性波形突片の頂部との係合により軸基板を取付用凹
