Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、従来乳化困難とされる、室温にて固体をな
す動物性油脂、又はアーモンド油、椿油等の植物油を乳
化し、乳化液を製造するに当り、植物性原料から製造し
たオリゴサツカライド化合物を乳化剤として使用するこ
とを特長とするものである。
次にこの発明の実施の一例を述べる。
（１）　　乳イー難とされて峰植物！油・例ノーばアー
モンド油、椿油などを乳化する場合には、次のような配
合によって製造する。
アーモンド油又は椿油　　　　　　１００ｇ顧ノムノＬ
７／Ｉ／：Ｉ−ル溶液（重合度５００のもの３０Ｆ！／
ｌ）５０ｇオリオリゴサツカライド溶液溶液（５０％）
　　　　　　　　　’　　５０ｇ水（８０℃）　　　　
　　　　　　　　　１０００ｇこれを混合し、高速攪拌
機にて約６０分間攪拌乳化する。
（２動物油、例えばラノリン・の如き室温に於ても固体
状の油脂の乳化の場合は、先づラノリンを湯煎によつて
加熱溶融し液状としたものに、ポリビニルアルコール溶
液とオリゴサツカライド溶液を混合する。配合は次の通
りである。
ラノリン（液状）　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　１０
０ｇ７ｈ’）　？−’／ｌｚ７／Ｌ”＋コル溶液（重合
度１４００のもの３０νｔ）１００ｇオリゴサッカライ
）ヒ金物溶液（５０％）　　　　　　　　　１００ｇ水
（８０℃）　　　　　　　　　　　　　１０００ｇこれ
を＋ｉ＋同様高速攪拌機によって約６０分間攪拌乳化し
て終る。
このような方法によって製造した、ベット用乳化液は数
々の特性を有し保存中沈澱、分離等することなく、ペッ
トに使用しても酸化変色、毛玉の発生、べとつき、毛の
硬化等の悪影響も現れない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 動物性油脂又は植物油を乳化して、ペット用乳化液を製
    造する場合に、オリゴサツカライド化合物を乳化剤とし
    て添加混合して乳化することを特長とするペット用乳化
    液製造法。
