弁と本燃料噴射弁装置とについて比較して示したグラフ
である。 １・・・燃料噴射弁装置本体、７・・・ノズルニードル
、１６・・・ノズルばね、２０・・・ピストン室、２０
ａ・・・密閉室、２１・・・ピストン、２２・・・油路
、２４・・・傾斜切欠部、２５・・・ピニオンギヤ、２
６・・・ラック孔、２７・・・ラックギヤ、２９・・・
スプリング、３２・・・燃料噴射ポンプ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　燃料噴射ポンプから圧送される燃料圧力が所定圧を
    超えるとノズルニードルがノズルばねを圧縮してリフト
    し燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁装置において、該燃料噴射
    弁装置内に一端部が閉鎖されたピストン室を設け、該ピ
    ストン室に前記ノズルニードルと連動してリフトするピ
    ストンを嵌挿してピストン室の閉鎖側に密閉室を形成し
    、ピストンの密閉室に面する端面に傾斜切欠部を形成し
    、一方密閉室に油を出入させる油路ヲ開口し、ノズルニ
    ードルのリフトに連動してピストンがリフトし、前記ピ
    ストンのｆｉＨＪ９Ｊ欠部が側面で密閉室の油路を塞ぐ
    ことにより密閉室に油が密閉されてピストンのリフトが
    停止され、ピストンを周方向に回動させることによって
    ピストンの傾斜切欠部が密閉室の油路を塞ぐ距離が変化
    し、ノズルニードルのリフト量が可変となることを特徴
    とする燃料噴射弁装置。 ２　前記ピストンの回動は、燃料噴射ポンプのポンプ室
    から導かれる油圧力によって軸方向に移動するラックギ
    ヤと、前記ピストンに形成されたピニオンギヤとの噛合
    いによってなされることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の燃料噴射弁装置。
