Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain a simple and automatic method of production of a floppy disk jacket and to simplify the constitution of a device as well as to improve the product quality, by forming previously sealing holes to a liner film and performing the thermal sealing via these sealing holes when a jacket is assembled. CONSTITUTION:Plural sealing holes 4 are formed with fixed intervals to a liner film 1 by a punch 3, and the film 1 is sent to a thermal sealing device 5 and put approximately on the center of a cover film 2. Then the film 1 is adhered with heat to the film 2. These adhered films 1 and 2 are sent to a blanking device 6, and a part 11 is blanked among the areas protruded from both sides of the film 1. Then the film is cut in a prescribed length by a cutter 7 and blanked into a jacket piece 10.

の製造方法に関する。

着していてもカバーフィルム同志熱シール可能となって
熱シールに支障を来たすことはなくなり、したがって帯
状のライナフィルムとカバーフィルムとを連続して熱シ
ールした後にジャケット片に打抜き成形できる。このた
め製造方法が′間単にかつ自動化し易くなり、装置の簡
略化、製品の品質の安定化を図ることができる。
