Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably continue vaporizing combustion with blue flames only for a long time, by positioning the open end of an oil feeding tube in the vicinity of a fuel oil disperser, as well as to form a draft passage, by unpivotally providing a draft guide hollow tube around the fuel oil disperser. CONSTITUTION:A large rate of fuel is continuously supplied to the surface of a fuel oil disperser 13 from an oil feeding tube 16. If part of fuel is forcibly blown off by forced draft or is sprung off in the state of oil drops, they are all received by a draft guide hollow tube 14 and aren't scattered to all directions in the surroundings. All are concentratively blown off to the inner surface of the top of a rotary vaporizer 6 along the surface of a fuel oil disperser 13, together with forcibly circulated air, that is passing through a draft passage 15. The fuel oil is vaporized and evaporated by heating effect while it is dispersed in a filmy state, and is pressedly injected into a gas chamber 9, as is sufficiently turned into air mixed gas, being stirred and mixed with forcibly fed air, while it is passing through a mixed gas passage 8. Then it is injected from a number of flame ports 12, provided to the wall of a gas chamber 9, and is ignited by raw combustion flames, generating a large thermal capacity of evaporated combustion gas. With such an arrangement, vaporizing combustion with blue flames can stably be continued for a long time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides that even when a large volume of vaporization combustion is performed, a portion of the fuel supplied from the supply pipe reaches the surface of the rotating fuel diffuser, increasing the wind speed. The oil is dispersed in the form of oil droplets by the large amount of forced wind that circulates through the air, and is then sprayed into the combustion cylinder in an unvaporized state by the flowing forced wind, ensuring that it is combusted with red flame. The present invention relates to a refueling device for a vaporizing burner, which can prevent the combustion from occurring and stably continue vaporizing combustion in a green flame state at any time.

Conventionally, a cylindrical rotary vaporizer with a closed tip and an open base end was directly connected to a rotating shaft inserted into a combustion cylinder, and a blower tube with an air passage formed inside was inserted into the rotary vaporizer. A vaporizing burner in which a mixed gas passage is formed between a rotary vaporizing body and a blower tube is known as previously described by Hosoto Honde in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 53-41746.

In the above-mentioned known vaporizing burner, during the continuation of vaporizing combustion, the fuel is first supplied to the surface of the fuel diffuser attached to the inner surface of the top of the rotating vaporizer, and then the fuel is diffused along the surface of the fuel diffuser. [Rotary vaporizer] Transferred to the inner surface of the n part, and then diffused and transferred in a thin film along the circumferential surface of the rotary vaporizer by the rotating action of the rotary vaporizer and the blowing action of the flowing forced air, and evaporated by heating action. The generated vaporized gas was stirred and mixed with forced wind while flowing through the hot gas koji route, and the fumarole was combusted as a hot gas, resulting in a vigorous vaporization combustion. It is something.

By the way, when a large volume of fuel is supplied to the surface of the fuel diffuser in order to successfully achieve a large volume of vaporized combustion using the above-mentioned vaporizing burner, it is necessary to make sure that the generated air-fuel mixture has an appropriate concentration. It is essential to introduce a large volume of forced air from the blower tube into the rotary vaporizer at an increased wind speed.

However, as mentioned above, large-volume forcing 1 with high wind speeds
When the paper is injected into the rotary vaporizer, a portion of the forced lice flows through the fuel oil diffusion surface and the circumferential surface of the rotary vaporizer, and does not flow smoothly through the mixed gas passage, but instead reaches the open end of the blow tube. The vortex phenomenon that rolls back inside the rotary vaporizer is superoxidized, while the fuel in the process of being supplied from the fuel supply pipe to the surface of the fuel diffuser and a part of the fuel that is being diffused and transferred along the surface of the fuel diffuser are forced to flow. The wind blows the oil droplets around, and the scattered oil droplets do not come into contact with the periphery of the rotary vaporizer body, but instead ride the vortices of the forced wind and swirl around 12 in the air-fuel mixture passageway, becoming unvaporized. The fuel is injected in a floating state, and is finally sprayed into the combustion cylinder where it is burned in a red-hot state.

Therefore, when a conventional vaporization burner vaporizes and burns a human-sized amount of fuel, red flame sometimes mixes into the green flame, and the vaporization burns stably for a long period of time in a green flame. It was difficult to do so.

Therefore, in order to perform the vaporization combustion of Otani★, the present invention aims to supply a large amount of fuel from the fuel supply pipe to the surface of the gasification body, and at the same time blow a large amount of forced air with high wind speed into the rotational vaporization body. Scattered fuel and oil droplets that are generated in the air are sent through a hollow guide tube, which prevents them from scattering to the surrounding area. The surface of the fuel diffuser along with the forced air that circulates in the ventilation passage The fuel is intensively sprayed along the top of the rotary vaporizer to ensure proper fuel transfer to the inner surface of the top of the rotary vaporizer, and all of the supplied fuel is distributed along the circumferential surface of the rotary vaporizer to form a thin film. This ensures proper evaporation and vaporization due to the heating effect while the fuel is being diffused and transferred, thereby eliminating the generation of unvaporized fuel that causes red-flame combustion, and ensuring stable vaporization and combustion over a long period of time. The object of the present invention is to obtain a refueling device for a vaporizing burner that can be continuously operated.

Now, as shown in FIG. 1, the rotary vaporizer 6 is rotated at a high speed by the rotation #s5, and at the same time, multi-leaf controlled air with a high wind speed is injected into the rotary vaporizer 6 from the blower chamber 4 through the air passage 3. . After that, a part of the forced air enters the ventilation passage 15 through the opening 15a on the base end side, is guided to the ventilation guide hollow cylinder 14, and flows through the ventilation passage 15 along the surface of the fuel diffuser 13. While the rotary vaporizer 6 comes out from the tip side opening 15b,
After being blown away with great force towards the top surface, the rotary vaporizer 6
While the moisture gas is injected into the moisture gas passage 8 along the inner peripheral surface,
After the other forced air passes between the blow tube 2 and the blow guide hollow tube 14 and is injected into the rotary vaporizer 6, it becomes mixed with the previous forced air and then passes through the mixed gas passage 8. The gas enters the gas chamber 9 and is finally injected into the combustion tube 1 through a number of nozzles 12. Therefore, when a larger amount of fuel than the fuel supply pipe 16 is supplied to the surface of the fuel diffuser 13 under such conditions, a portion of the supplied fuel increases the wind speed at the moment it leaves the tip opening 17 position of the fuel supply pipe 16. The fuel discharged onto the surface of the rotating fuel amplification body 13 is also blown away by the strong wind that is flowing through the air, and during its diffusion and transfer, part of it is blown away in the shape of a l'lf1M by the forced wind that is circulating. cause a phenomenon to occur.

By the way, since the air blow guide hollow cylinder 14 is disposed around the kerosene diffuser 13 in a non-rotating state via the blowing roach passage 15, the fuel blown away by the forced wind and the oil droplet fuel splashed away are not removed. The reception is stopped by the air blow guide hollow cylinder 14, and the rotating vaporized body 6 is prevented from being scattered to the surroundings by the forced air.
The inside surface of the top is sprayed in a concentrated manner.

Therefore, all of the fuel supplied from the fuel supply pipe 16 is spread in MW to the inner surface of the top portion of the rotary vaporizer 6 without being disturbed and blown away to the surroundings. Thereafter, the transferred fuel is diffused and transferred on the inner surface of the rotary vaporizer 6 in the form of a thin film by the rotary centrifugal action and the forced 7N injection action, and finally from the fuel scattering end 7 to the inner circumference of the combustion tube 1. When the spark plug 18 is ignited, a large amount of raw combustion occurs.

When raw combustion occurs in the combustion tube 1 in this way, the rotary vaporizer 6 is intensely heated by the raw combustion flame, and the rotary vaporizer 6 is heated intensely by the raw combustion flame.

By the way, even after the rotary vaporizer 6 is heated, a large amount of fuel is continuously supplied from the fuel supply pipe 16 to the surface of the fuel diffuser 13, so a part of the supplied fuel is distributed. Even if the fuel is blown away by forced wind or is blown away in the form of oil droplets, the fuel is stopped by the air guide hollow tube 14 and all of it flows through the air passage 15 without being scattered around. Kerosene diffuser 1 with forced wind
After being intensively blown onto the inner surface of the top of the rotary vaporizer 6 along the surface of the rotary vaporizer 6, it is diffused into a thin film along the inner circumferential surface of the rotary vaporizer 6, and is evaporated and vaporized by the heating action. The vaporized gas is stirred and mixed with forced air while flowing through the mixed gas waste passage 8, becomes a complete mixed gas, and enters and exits the gas chamber 9, and is discharged from a large number of nozzles 12 under an equal pressure state. It emits powerful fumes and is ignited by the raw combustion flame of the rabbit, producing a large volume of vaporized combustion7.

Therefore, according to the vaporizing burner of the present invention, the fuel and oil droplets blown away by the forced wind are injected in an unvaporized state into the suspended state by riding the forced wind. Therefore, the situation where red flame is mixed in during the continuation of vaporization and combustion is eliminated, and the vaporization and combustion of blue flame can be continued stably over a long period of time.

In short, with the above-mentioned configuration, the $-burning Lui is configured such that a part of the strong air 11 blown from the air passage 3 toward the rotary vaporizer 6 from the start of combustion is transferred to the fuel diffuser 13 and the air blowing guide. Air is blown into the air passage 15 formed between the hollow cylinder 14 and the forced air is guided by the air guide hollow cylinder 14 and flows along the surface of the fuel diffuser 13 so as to blow against the inner surface of the top of the rotary vaporizer 6. Therefore, in order to perform large-capacity vaporization combustion, a high-speed forced air with a high wind speed was blown at the same time as refueling inside the B diffuser. Even if some of the supplied fuel is blown away by the circulating forced wind or is blown away in a granite pattern, the fuel is not received by the blowing guide hollow cylinder 14. By intensively blowing the forced air onto the inner surface of the rotary vaporizer 6 without being scattered to the surroundings, the fuel is reliably diffused and transferred along the inner surface of the rotary vaporizer 6 in the form of a thin film. This eliminates the possibility that part of the scattered fuel remains unvaporized and is ejected and burned into the combustion tube 1 in a floating state on the forced wind.
This is effective because it is possible to continue the vaporization combustion of only the hot flames stably over a long period of time without mixing in the red flames.

For combustion, a cylindrical rotary vaporizer with a closed tip, an open proximal end, and a fuel diffuser attached to the inner surface of the top is directly connected to a rotating shaft inserted into the cylinder. In the device in which a mixed gas passage is formed between the rotary vaporizer and the blow tube by inserting a blow tube formed in the blow passage, there is a space around the fuel diffuser so that the base end thereof communicates with the blow tube. A hollow air guide tube with an open end and an expanded opening toward the top of the rotary vaporizing body is disposed in a non-rotating state, so that the fuel diffuser and the hollow air guide tube are forced to flow at the same time. A ventilation passage is formed in which a part of the air is forcibly directed along the surface of the fuel oil diffuser and blown toward the top surface of the rotary vaporizer, and the surface of the fuel diffuser along with the ventilation passage is provided with l@oil pipes. A two-piece oil supply device for a vaporizing burner characterized by a facing opening at the tip.
