該ブレーキシュー６の先端側をドラム３内周面から離間
する方向へ附勢する弾性体７と、一端がリール５に止結
され引伸し時にはブレーキシュー６の基端側から先端側
方向にリール５が回転すべく該リール５に巻回されたワ
イヤロープ８とを具備した事を特徴とする避難器具用緩
