Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a deformed wire rod by one pass using relatively simple structure by passing a wire rod having circular sectional form through a drawing die having plural rollers on the contact drawing face and drawing the wire rod. ダイス加工上の限度があるところから1通常は7ケ〜1
0ケと言う複数のダイスを用意し連続的に引き抜く必要
があることから設備投資自体は押出し法より小さいとは
言え、多数のダイスの製造が面倒である。゛なお適用材
質は半硬質から硬質である。
