The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing wire rods (including tubes and rod-shaped bodies) and dies used in this structure.

質は半硬質から硬質である。Conventional manufacturing methods for weight-shaped wire rods are typically extrusion or drawing using dies, but in the extrusion method, a billet for extrusion is first cast, heated, and then pressed under pressure. In addition to requiring equipment with a complicated structure and being expensive, the metal materials that could be used were limited to soft to semi-hard materials. In addition, when using a normal die, a special drawing hole must be formed in the die itself to adapt it to the cross-sectional structure of the irregularly shaped wire rod, and the area reduction rate for one time is limited by die processing, so 1 is usually 7. K~1
Although the capital investment itself is smaller than the extrusion method because it is necessary to prepare a plurality of 0 dies and draw them out continuously, it is troublesome to manufacture a large number of dies.゛Applicable materials range from semi-hard to hard.

We have developed a method for producing the desired irregularly shaped linear phase using the (b) pass, and a die with a relatively simple structure and low drawing force. The wire rod used for this is l/, hard to hard.

It is a die that has 4 correct numbers. Therefore, the front of the mouth is lb (
The +111" rectangular space thus formed is the passage hole of the round bar or tubular body to be diced, and when pulling out the nine-piece in the direction of the arrow in Figure 2, it is as shown in Figure 4 (b). A deformed wire rod having a rectangular cross section can be obtained.
