転円板と組合され、かつ複数のストリットが周方向に所
定の間隔で孔設されている固定円板を有し、固定円板の
スリットおよび回転円板のスリットを通った光を受光素
子で受光することにより、パルス信号を得るようにした
光電式ロータリ・エンコーダにおいて、一端がエンコー
ダの外の光源側に位置する第１の光ファイバの他端を固
定円板側に位置させるとともに、回転円板側には固定円
板のスリットと回転円板のスリットを通った光をエンコ
ーダの外に設けた受光素子に導くための第２の光ファイ
バを設け、上記光源から生じた光を第１の光ファイバの
他端に伝送し、その他端から生じる光が固定円板のスリ
ットおよび回転円板のスリットと第２の光ファイバを通
って受光素子に達するように構成したことを特徴とする
