    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）膜両面に、測定回路に連結するたみの連結端子を
    有する多孔性電極を設けた酸化ビスマスよりなる膜状物
    で、被検ガス室と標準ガス室とに区画してなる酸素検知
    装置。
  2. （２）酸化ビスマスよりなる膜状物が気孔のない緻密な
    膜状物である特許請求の範囲（１）記載の装置。
  3. （３）膜状物が溶融酸ビスマスを板状物に接触させ急冷
    によって製造された膜状物である特許請求の範囲（２）
    記載の装置。
