Claims (1)
ーガラス保持器から、積層した前記カバーガラスのうち
最下位にあるカバーガラスの下面に吸着して該カバーガ
ラスを乗せ換え位置に引出す抽出機構と、前記乗せ換え
位置に引出された前記カバーガラスの上面に吸着して該
カバニガラスをスライドガラス上に導く乗せ換え機構と
、前記カバーガラスを吸着するための負圧を前記抽出機
構および前記乗せ換え機構に供給すると共に、前記乗せ
換え位置で前記負圧の供給を抽出機構から乗せ換え機構
へ切換える切換え手段および該負圧が所定値以上となる
と付勢する真空スイッチを設けた真空供給機構と、前記
真空スイッチの付勢により警報信号を出力する警報手段
とを有し、前記カバーガラスが前記抽出機構および前記
乗せ換え機構に吸着されないことがあると、前記真空ス
イッチを介して前記警報手段に前記警報信号を出力させ
